Superstitious
Ian was a believer in superstitions. If there were a narrow hallway with a ladder blocking it, he'd go around; if he tipped to salt, he'd throw some over his shoulder; even a black cat would freak him out! Whatever the case was, good or bad, he believed it.
It was a normal day in school and he was sitting outside, eating his lunch while the rest of the kids mingled and talked with each other. One of his friends, Jenny, walked up to him and gave him company, since she though he felt lonely.
